Calacatta Lincoln Marble

We love this recent kitchen project where the client used a beautiful Calacatta Lincoln Marble.

This beautiful material comes from a very apt town called "Marble, Colorado" in the United States of America. This special material has been previously used in some of the most importanat and well known works in the world such as the Lincoln Memorial, the George Washington Monument and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

In this particular project, we love the simplicity of the kicthen and how the Calacatta Lincoln Marble works so perfectly with those deep blue tones from the cabintry. The quiet yet distinctive veining is so peaceful, highlighted by the bright, white background.
